Career Center - Phoenix Workforce Connection

Individuals interested in the Career Center will be asked to sign in with their name, signature, home zip code, and whether or not they are a first time visitor.  From here the Career Services Volunteer will provide them with instructions on how to register in the Phoenix Workforce Connection’s (PWC) Virtual One-Stop Center.  This will grant the customer access to online skills assessments, resume building tools, and job search components. 

The Career Center will also offer free voicemail services to individuals without access to a phone.  The Career Services volunteer will determine eligibility for the free voicemail program and assist customers in setting up their voicemail account.

Do you need help finding a job? 

Our team of volunteers are willing and able to assist you in your journey to find a job.  The Career Center is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 – 12 and Thursday from 9 -4. 

 This service is available thanks to our partnership with the Phoenix Workforce Connection and the Neighborhood Roots System.

42% of the households reported having someone in the household who was employed.

47% of the households had an income of 130% or below the Federal Poverty Guideline.

41% of the people within the past year had to choose between buying food and paying utilities.
